What We Collect

We collect gameplay and technical data to operate and improve the game and support leaderboards and an admin dashboard, including:

• Anonymous player identifier stored in your browser (UUID)
• In-game player name (display name)
• Gameplay stats (time played, competitions started/finished, placements, stars earned, star balance)
• Client and connection details (client version, language/locale, country, server/region, room/instance)

If you play on Poki and use their features, we may receive Poki account identifiers provided by Poki.

How We Use It

To run the game, maintain progression/leaderboards, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and improve gameplay and balance.

Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

We process data as needed to provide the game and related features, and for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, debugging, and improving the game.

Storage

We store some data in your browser (cookies/local storage). We also store gameplay stats and "last known" snapshots on our servers to support persistent stats and leaderboards.

Sharing

We use service providers to host and process data (for example, cloud hosting and databases). If you play on Poki, Poki also processes data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and may delete or aggregate older data over time.

Your Rights (EEA/UK)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your data, and to object to certain processing. You can contact us at privacy@v1digital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK.
